"No accessibility/interpreter. I am Deaf and have had two out of three appointments when there was no ASL Interpretor provided. Both times I had already driven to the appointment before I knew anything They know I am Deaf, they have "Needs ASL Interpretor" in my chart and yet the office manager failed to provide one for me. The first time could have been an honest mistake, but twice? If it weren't ..."
