"No accessibility/interpreter. I am Deaf and have had two out of three appointments when there was no ASL Interpretor provided. Both times I had already driven to the appointment before I knew anything They know I am Deaf, they have "Needs ASL Interpretor" in my chart and yet the office manager failed to provide one for me.
