"I’ve been going to this dentist office for years. I’ve spent a small fortune in dentistry and orthodontics here. To be told that a cleaning appointment that I made MONTHS ago would be canceled due to an erroneously perceived unpaid bill is absolutely ridiculous. What kind of customer service is this? Do better. You’ve lost a loyal patient who, in the past, had recommended you to dozens of people. ..."
