"Do not go to Dr. Kate Mosher as she violated HIPPA, the ADA act, violated civil rights to privacy, and made a false report in an attempt to medically kidnap my child. She called OCY because I didn’t take my daughter to get a brain scan, lead test and hep C test because she already had those done in the NICU. Luckily the neurologist agreed with me that it wasn’t necessary and there will be no OCY case ..."
