"I saw Dr. Camastra on 3-25-2025. I felt his office was not very clean. Since he wanted to do surgery, I declined. I did not see him again. Now I am being billed monthly on my insurance for chronic care management. I did NOT knowingly sign up for this service! It is impossible to talk to anyone in this group to discuss the problem. I feel this is very unethical."

"dr. Chuck removed the corn from under my little toe nail. It was painful at the time and it was painful for 10 days afterwards when I called his office after about five days to tell them that it was still painful and he told me that it would be nothing at all. No one called me back. When he finished with me, he just put a Band-Aid on with it. Been bleeding and told me to go home and everything was ..."
