"Service has really fallen off with the ownership change. For 25-30 years when they were founder led, their service and care were great. Now scheduling, professionalism, wait times, and all administrative activities are far worse. Patients are treated as an inconvenience by all but the physicians."

"I went to VM twice in one month with concerns of pneumonia. I saw 2 providers on 2 different occasions, 2 weeks apart with ongoing complaints of shortness of breath, fever night sweats and was advised it was not pneumonia but a lingering chronic cough from my previous history of lymphoma 20 years ago. The second provider was dismissive and told me he "wasn't concerned about low grade fevers." ..."

And the Nurse Practitioner, Erika Green is AWESOME! She takes her time and really looks into my health. She's very knowledgeable and supportive of me. She never rushes me and makes me feel like she is truly interested in helping me get healthier. ..."
