"The doctor I have seen is fantastic. The offsite back office is absolutely terrible. Multiple issues, but here are two experiences. I tried to get a prescription refilled and I had called 3 times and then go to the office to get it done. Each time they stated when it would be done. "rude staff especially the girl that calls you back doesn’t say a word or look at you til she say “stand on the scale” the “what is it you’re wanting” my regular provider was booked until the 21st and I went to this office for the reason.
