"TRASH.... Cannot call the office directly. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a RX script fixed as they wrote it for 14 days when it is ongoing care so I have to pay more, and more frequently... I try to use the website to communicate via messages, but they say the sent over a corrected script and every time I try to confirm with the pharmacy they never received one, and good luck getting phone support. ..."

"I dont think I have ever hated a business more than Village Medical!!! Why cant we speak to a person in the office instead of some off shore person with broken english that has no clue."

"Village Medical is nothing more than "fast food" medicine. Reaching anyone at the actual office is impossible. So forget being seen by a doctor when your really need to be seen. I actually liked my doctor, but the "off shore" staff are useless. I am currently looking for a new doctor/office."

My son is developmentally an infant in a 23-year-old body. He needed to be seen urgently. I had completed everything that I was aware of for him to be seen. "Horrible ! No direct phone contact available, calls are directed to call center in Texas. Unable to contact Doctor or assistant by phone. Appointments out 3 months , wont see patient in emergency or urgent situation . LARGE CORPORATION , NO FAMILY MEDICINE PRACTICED HERE ! Paseo Family was great , these guys are everything bad in a large medical group in 2023 ."

"I have been going for about 25 years now and went to my Physical 09/02/22. This last year very disappointing and will probably search for a new Doctor. Dr. Karen Wetherell was the best but now has left into management. I was charged $292.00. My Insurance Paid $95.15. I paid my $25.00 Co-pay. My savings for having Insurance is $176.93. Their billing is trying to go after me for the savings amount ..."
