"My complaint is much the same as almost all others. I visited Village Medical on Shadow Creek Parkway on August 12, 2022 for an annual well check visit which is 100% covered by my insurance. However, I received a bill for $50 which is my copay. I have left numerous messages in their fraudulent patient portal (No response), I have called and held on the line for extensive periods of time (no response), ..."
