"Office manager was condescending and snarky for NO reason.. Paid the Bill in full on April 6, 2025 and continue to get a bill weeks later and then went online the same day received bill in mail..April 23, 2025... so one would assume they applied incorrectly....so I called and the office manager was RUDE."
