"Victoria Family Practice in Statesboro, GA (23 Lee Hill Blvd) openly discriminates against patients with service dogs. On 1/23/26, Practice Manager Uchenna Nwankwo refused my psychiatric service dog Diablo entry, saying "dogs aren't allowed," "I don't care about the ADA," and he'd "never be welcome." Diablo was leashed, calm, housebroken—zero issues. Dr. Osersti Okumbawa defended her by blaming past ..."
