"Make you check in online. Then check in again in kiosk. Then it says it did not accept information. Then check in at desk. Then sit and wait way past appointment time. Use people. Provide them with jobs. You "automation" in NOT working. Staff NOT friendly weither."

"Everytime I Go To Vero Radiology ..The Appointment Times Changes When I Get There!..The Results Always Come in Late!..As A Patient ..Days Later I Can See The Results On My Chart Before My Doctor Does! Patients Should Not Be Reading Any Results Before Their Doctors Can Review Them! This is Not Good Practice! These Are Peoples Lives! I Had To Cancel Follow-Up Appointments Since No Results Came in On ..."

"It took me three months to get an appointment with this place. When I finally arrived, they failed to read my chart ahead of time and could not perform the diagnostic images on a Sunday. The technician was so rude about it and I will not be back. If you actually need a mammogram or follow up, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. They do not care about you as a person."

"I was scheduled for an ultrasound on my kidneys and one for my stomach. (I had no idea why an ultrasound needed to be done on my stomach, but I figured my urologist had put the order in.) Several days before my appointments I received TWO phone calls from Vero Radiology informing me I needed to FAST the day before and drink 36 ounces of water 12 hours before my kidney ultrasound. "First time at Vero Radiology was disappointing. Went for walk-in chest X-ray Folks were very accommodating and I quickly was called. I brought with me a report and cd of images from prior X-ray done in NJ last year to be used as a comparison. At front desk, I asked if she could take these … no, give them to technician when you are called back. Technician tells me “we already have those records” ..."
