"The women at the reception counter are rude bishes. They facility just doesn't have it together. I returned a stool sample at 4pm and was told the lab closed at 3:30. No one told me they closed in the middle of the day. No signs any where stating lab hours. The lab tech that issued the kit didn't tell me, the Dr didn't tell me. A 25 mile round trip for nothing. I hate the place. Never ever going ..."
