"I had an appointment at 10 am. I was sitting in a cold room by myself until 11:30 am. No one checked on me at all. I couldn’t wait any longer. No apology. I was told, “If you can’t wait, then reschedule”. Very disappointed with the overall quality of customer service and would not recommend this clinic.
