"Impossible to contact. Phone calls dropped. Messages never returned. They cancelled a surgery for my Father In Law and rescheduled without telling him. The hospital called asking him if he was ready to go. No idea what the pre-op orders are as they don't communicate. Still waiting for surgery..."
