"First time having a procedure at this center, but from the time I walked in the I felt welcomed. The intake was.easy and friendly. The nurse's and anesthesiologist's were very helpful in providing all the information I needed. I felt very comfortable during everything."

" have had two knee replacements at Vantage, and the staff, nurses, and doctors were WONDERFUL each time. Patient, caring, and empathetic. My one thing is it is impossible to pay online, access records etc. They are now part of the Virtua health system which is causing billing issues, and when you try to visit Vantage, you are redirected to Virtua, and there is no listing for Vantage. Its very frustrating. ..."

"I knew that I had a deductible for my surgery so I brought it with me and gave it to them while checking in. They refused to take it and gave it back. I even asked that they take it and put a credit on my account. Refused, gave it back. The staff and doctors are wonderful. The billing is horrible. You can't pay the bill online anywhere. It took me back to Virtua website and when you say pay ..."

"As for the surgical center itself, I have no complaints. Very efficiently run, very good at patient interaction and care. The reason for the three stars instead of five is because of their billing department. My surgery was in late December, and we never got a bill. We only received an EOB from our insurance company stating that the bill would be coming from the center directly. It never did, so ..."
