"My 6 yr old had an appointment for fillings at 3pm. We arrived 15mins before appointment time and were not seen until after 5pm. Dr Van Kim Nugyen told us that she could not perform all the fillings for my son as it would pass 6pm and she is not paid overtime and she had 3 more patients after us.
