"This deserves zero stars. Poor management, anesthesia is horrible, not enough bathrooms, recovery nurse didn’t do her job. Arrived on time, an hour before appointment 10:30. Was brought back for surgery for about an hour and a half later. Got prepped for surgery then waited another hour. It’s absolutely freezing in the prep room, ask for extra blankets and ask to use the restroom one more time before ..."

"The building is VERY small for the amount of patients that were present. There is not enough doctors, staff, or rooms to accommodate the number of patients. Every seat in the tiny waiting room was taken. My appointment was at 8:15, I was told to arrive an hour early, so I got there at 7:15. Was finally seen at 10:15. Was told the procedure would take 20 minutes, took close to 5 hours. I would find ..."
