"When u say something and they put another thing on the paper"

"I was referred to this place and had such a horrible experience. I didn't have a mask and was told to go to a walmart to buy some. So I went and they were sold out. When I got back they gave me 2 from which they had behind the desk. I was filling out paperwork and nobody was in the lobby. receptionist told me if I didn't put the mask on she was going to have to reschedule us. I told her nobody was ..."
