"My husband was seen at the emergency room in new london.9/29) It was listed as urgent for him to see his PCP. They gave him an appt 17 days out! I went in today in person they claim no notes from New London. I confirmed the fax was sent and received. The young girl in the office seems to not know policy or what to do and very concerning for an urgent matter to be handled this way with lack of knowledge ..."
