"I had an urgent request to be seen from my dr by valley ob. I have a large subcrohronic hemorrhage while 7 weeks pregnant. They said they're practice policy is still rooted in Covid because the Dr refuses to change it. I was told I could not bring my 3 and 5 year old children into the office when I explained I have no baby sitter they said and I quote "they would have to wait outside the office." ..."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Waited over an hour to be seen. Then another 45 min to be given one name of an office to have a specialty exam done at. And the final nail in the coffin…they are charging me to be told my results (via phone, not even in person) from my exam which is meant to be part of my free yearly checkup through my insurance. Even though I asked twice and was told there would ..."
