"I wish the doctors would care about the face of their company. I like the doctors, but the office staff is the absolute worst. I am always on hold for 20-30 minutes to talk to anyone. The staff is rude when they do pick up. Look at all these comments saying the same thing. The staff makes this practice horrible. The account lady is terrible, she demands payment over the phone after calling you. Like ..."
