Apparently, my regular dentist was not accustomed to doing this procedure for what I was told was a rare event (the fracturing of a titanium implant). I was a bit anxious about having this procedure done since it was rare and involved removing an implant which seemed more difficult than extracting a molar. ..."

"I was a bit taken back when my technician didn't use the new fangled device (I don't know what it's called) but rather the older devices, the tooth scrapers. It really doesn't bother me much as she did a good job with the scrapers. The service was excellent."
