"They mailed an appointment confirmation letter to me a few days in advance, but when I checked in they said I was an hour late. When I gave them the letter they said ok have a seat. The ENT specialist didn't diagnose the ear infection I had but wanted to sell me some hearing aids. Then they billed me $40.00 for a no show. I don't think this is an acceptable facility at all."
