"This would be a 5 ?? review but for one reason. I’ve spoken to their accounting person who told me, twice, that she sent my refund. I never got it. Called her again, asked politely for a statement of account (charges, payments, etc) and got no response. Asked for a check to be sent. Nothing - not even a return phone call. The Doctor is outstanding in his education, training, ability, sincerity, ..."
