"I never had a visit with their office because I can’t even get an appointment made. The front office is completely unprofessional and have no idea what they’re doing. No call backs. Nothing. I guess this doctor does not care about patients. Thank god I went elsewhere"

"Never answers phones, never returns voicemails. When it comes to trying to ask for help to complete a pre authorization, they are unwilling to do anything when every provider and supplier says they are waiting on Valley Endocrinology. Suppliers say they try to call to get the info and never get a call back or answer."

"The website says accepting new patients . I have been calling to get appointments since Dec 2023. I was told that new patients will be scheduled from Feb 2924. Since then I have been sending referral , then docs note , then the labs . By end of feb all papers were submitted . When I called for an appt , my date was given in July . How in the world can I get my meds if I don’t see a doc, such a waste ..."
