"The physicians and medical staff may be competent but the office staff and management is incompetent, rude and disrespectful. It is impossible to reach them by phone and they will not return calls. It is so bad that I don't trust my medical treatment to them. Find a physician who has a competent office staff and treats patients with respect and returns calls."
