"Valley group dental is always a great experience. Dr. Kim is very thorough and does high quality work. The staff is kind and welcoming. The billing department always charges what they quote, which makes things stress free. It took a long time to find a good dentist and my family and I are happy to have a permanent dentist."

I tried talking with her and she was very stern and unpleasant to me at one point telling me ("listen we don't work for free here ok??") I had not suggested anything of the sort. Good Morning James You called yesterday and we scheduled you the same day. Our Dr did examine your mouth, it was best for you to see an Oral Surgeon. Also you are already taking antibiotics and can not give you anymore, but you were given a prescription for pain. Your infection needs to be treated by a specialist.

"I had to wait over an hour to be seen by dr Kim who was cold and insensitive about my dental heath. She was matter of fact about a very sensitive and disappointing assessment of my gums and teeth. I don’t need information sugar coated but some compassion and kindness would have been nice. I wouldn’t go back."

"My exam was scheduled late in the afternoon (5pm), poorly handled exam, poor cleaning by unprofessional technician, and Dentist never followed through on completing my exam and service. I would not recommend this dental provider to anyone who seeks quality service."

While the exam and X-rays were done accordingly, I had to schedule a separate time to come back for a cleaning. Appointment time was 3PM, after filing out laborious Medical history and insurance information I was finally seen for standard “x-rays” by staff member almost an hour (54 minutes to be exact) after my appointment time.
