"I have been attempting to contact my psychiatrist for 5 weeks regarding negative side effects with my current medication. I have left messages once a week and they refuse to answer or call me back. If you contact the lead manager Susan, she will just pick up and hang up which has happened 11 times."

I’m going through an especially difficult time right now and was trying to convey this to Stephanie today over the phone. I explained I was only sleeping maybe two hours a night. She wanted to put me on a sleeping med I knew was not effective and asked for something that has worked for me in the past, ..."

"Front office is the most disrespectful, immature, unprofessional staff I have ever had to deal with!! My daughter has been out of her sample of meds that the doctor tried her on for three days now. My daughter’s insurance doesn’t cover the medication he put her on, so we have been trying to get it changed before she ran out to no avail. Front office staff never answers the phone nor responds to messages ..."
