"REVIEW UPDATE. This agency does NOT take Medicare. It is NO longer accredited to do so. (Read their advert.) This agency has devolved into a disgraceful; menace for their vulnerable clientele. SEEK a REAL psychologist instead. Contact the department of Social Security to do so."

"Your therapist will read you questions. You answer by using a scale of 1 to 10. My father was the Director of Mental Health for the state of Wyoming. I myself have worked in State facilities; in my Nursing career. Valleys predecessor had to be SHUT DOWN. THIS organization is far worse. It is LITERALLY a SCAM. I am ashamed of their antics. Go ANYWHERE else for therapy. WHY aren't they DE-licensed?"

"Extremely difficult to deal with, the therapists have failed me multiple times. I currently do not have a therapist, and have not for two years even though I keep requesting one. I cannot see a psychiatrist ever, I cannot even see my APRN in person. It's just ridiculous. I only gave two stars instead of one because I live in their housing which is decent. If you can find other services, do."
