"This rating is based on Lack of communication between the VA dentist and medical doctor, the VA dentist made a decision on implants for me without consulting my medical Dr. the VA dentist put in my records that I cannot get implants and I am a 100% disable veterans and this gives me the right to have implants, I was cleared by my medical Dr. to get the implants."
