"Very unprofessional and the wait is ridiculous. Went and checked in at 10:20 am for a 10:30am appointment. After waiting for an hour and a half I had to check what was the delay and went back to the check in desk and asked what was the delay and after 12 noon is when someone came to attend. Very unprofessional and the wait is ridiculous. "
