"Today, Monday 24th April I had an appointment with Dr, Chang at 2:00pm. When I got there they told me that they had called my house at 8:00am to cancel said appointment. I was sure I had NOT received any calls. When I got home there were NO messages as they said. Not only was that an important appointment for me but made me drive all the way to C'ville, which is not around the corner. VERY BAD SERVICE! ..."
