"My doctor is absolutely worthless. Won't answer the phones, won't honor their protocol for same day appointment. Told me to call at 8 to get a same day appointment but keep hanging up. Then when I get through 10 minutes later all the appointments are filled and they tell me they will see me in 5 days. I will find another doctor asap and it won't be with UT. I won't even go into her hateful bedside ..."
