"Right out the get go receptionist was rude making patients wait 10-15 minutes as she’s on the phone talking about how her lunch wasn’t enough because she had to help someone with their car that wouldn’t work and obviously she’s back from lunch and everyone decided to come in early for their appointments making have to work.
