"The office staff are inept. 2 months ago, they messed up my appointment, called to confirm and gave me the wrong time. When I arrived they acted as if it was my fault. Luckily, I had the voicemail to show it was their mistake. 1 month ago, I had to physically go to the office after calling them for 2 days, both days I was out of medication...the medication I take warns against stopping due to a risk ..."
