"I was diagnosed with bladder cancer August 2023. I have been treating with Jason Ogiste, MD since then. My experience has been excellent. I have undergone pre- and post-surgical BCG treatments. The nursing staff are exceptional. Each has been caring and compassionate. I feel fortunate to have experienced caring people helping me through this process. Mark"

"Horrible staff, worse treatment of patients, especially those in pain. Condescending and little to no help. I went to the office as soon as I left the E.R. with kidney stones. Was told I couldn't see a doctor for 2 weeks and if I was in pain either deal with it at home or go to the hospital and have surgery. No relief for pain was offered, and when I did ask for some, they made me feel like I was ..."

For 3 years I have been trying to get necessary surgery for kidney issues and the office staff here have actively worked to exacerbate obstacles and prevent me getting the care I need.
