"They sent me a text to confirm an appointment time where I had to reply "YES" or "NO". The time wasn't gonna work, so I replied "NO". Instead of giving me an opportunity to reschedule, it canceled the whole appointment. I tried getting the appointment back, and the soonest they said they could get me in was almost a month later. "My father is a patient of one of the Urology One specialists.my father is 84. He suffered a bad fall with a skull fracture several months ago. I am his POA and caregiver. Prior to that he had a prostate procedure. We had a followup with the urologist, but actually it was the CNP that met with us.
