"One particular physician in this practice do not care for you after he operates on you, if you develop fever or infection; if you can even get thru to the office which is doubtful, you are told to go to the emergency room. It is like I will cut you but some other doctor will take care of you after that."

"Trying to cancel an appointmant being a teacher in the classroom is very difficult!! There is no option to cancel via email or text message! You must call office and then you are placed on hold which usually is an inconvenience because you can not stay on hold too long! Maybe look into a better way to communicate would be appreciated :)"
