"I had many bad experiences trying to schedule my intake appointment. Their office procedures are lax and chaotic. The doctor consult was very perfunctory and dismissive. Really not a patient centered experience. Hastily pressured to have a biopsy which was not the route I wanted. I had 10 minutes of a scheduled 30 minute visit. They were already an hour behind at 10:30 after opening at 9:30 and were ..."
