"I've found the staff at this clinic to be pretty good, though communication with them is NOT their "strong suit!" Often, when I've attempted to reach them via phone, I've found it impossible. Next, is the fact that it can take a MASSIVE amount of time to finally be seen, and treated. During my initial visit, it was about 4 hours before I was finally released (though better, since then). "I had many bad experiences trying to schedule my intake appointment. Their office procedures are lax and chaotic. The doctor consult was very perfunctory and dismissive. Really not a patient centered experience. Hastily pressured to have a biopsy which was not the route I wanted. I had 10 minutes of a scheduled 30 minute visit. They were already an hour behind at 10:30 after opening at 9:30 and were ..."
