"Avoid Dr. Andrew Michigan. Absolutely incompetent. Sent a patient for a bladder ultrasound with an empty bladder, despite knowing the patient previously had bladder cancer. Later claimed it’s impossible to detect cancer through an ultrasound. Refuses to call or provide a clear explanation."

"Dr Boyd and the PAs are great at what they do. I have had multiple issues and every time they take care of me. Dr Boyd takes the time to listen to your concerns and is never rushed. She always explains details and answers any questions I have. The follow up appointments with the PAs are equally similar experience. I am thankful to have the best Urologist as my doctor."

"Please read this review. My son went in for a procedure and now that it is infected he is having to call his family doctor for help. He’s gone back here for help, but they prescribed an antibiotic that he’s allergic to and gave him bad advice. Thankfully, the pharmacist caught the antibiotic problem and his family practitioner is working him in for an emergency."

"An appointment was made for me by another provider for a follow up. Once I realized they made it on a Wednesday, I promptly called them and asked them to change it to a Friday at 9:30 due to my work schedule. They said that would be fine to come in on the 27th instead and they mailed me the paperwork. I arrived this morning and the front desk was rudely complacent. They told me I did not have an appointment ..."

"Terrible place, if you don’t have insurance the hidden fees are absolutely ridiculous. I was told I was “too young” to be worrying about the issues I am presenting, despite having pain and quality of life problems. 100% recommend going outside of Savannah if you live in the area."
