"Recent appointment starting with Kayla the NP. She entered the exam room, did not introduce herself and seemed out of sorts. Asked many questions, entering into computer. I finally asked for her name. Then physical exam began. She was gentle, BUT, kept inserting one thing and another into first the urethra then vagina. Over and over. Finally asked her what she was looking for. Her response was surprising ..."

"Awful staff! Disregard a year of work to get this referral and tried to get money out of pocket from me when insurance covers the appt. I am going to pay the same amount out of pocket to a better specialist to avoid ever giving my money to this awful place!"
