"Unresponsive. Employees do not pick up the phone to repeated calls over weeks seeking medical care. Do not respond to Texts. Even after Physicians Referrals. X-rays and Cat Scans provided. After weeks…a young woman at the practice FINALLY picked up the phone. (She sounded young.) Became DEFENSIVE…when informing about these difficulties.
