"Horrifyingly unprofessional staff and people working in the background. Never a call back regarding test results. Never a call back after leaving a message. Rarely do they fill lab slips correctly or send them to the right location. Always an excuse from staff. Staff are so disorganized they can't find papers for lab work in their own office. "Do no go to this physicians office. I have never been treated so rudely by staff in my life. The nurse, Deborah, that we met with was rude, dismissive and caustic. When we arrived they were disorganzied and rushed, which is difficult when dealing with an elderly person. Save your self some headaches and go somewhere else - we left the office and made an appointment elsehwere within the first few ..."
