"I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They proved to me today that you are just a transaction and they don't even have the decency to fix a mistake that they made. In September I was 11 minutes late to an appointment (14 minutes exactly once I got through the line to the receptionist). They told me that the doctor had already left and that I would have to reschedule since if you are more than 10 minutes late they require ..."
