"Dr Ricky Smith and/or whoever owns this practice should be investigated for negligence of care. You will not see a doctor during visit and I have never seen one on the premises. Staff is nice and they don’t appear to be understaffed, but management of care is alarming. Do not go to this practice unless you have no other choice, which appears to be the case in Cookeville, short of going to ER."
