"I had to see PA Donna Kerns. She was absolutely awful and I immediately called my insurance company as soon as I got home to inquire as to whether or not I could switch providers. Wow, what an absolutely nasty demeanor for a “professional”. She was so condescending and dismissive about an issue I was having that it took everything I had not to call out her disgusting behavior.
