"Trying to talk to anyone is difficult. The wait time is at least 30 minutes. If you opt for a call back, you don't get one. Once you talk to someone, they are very polite and appear helpful until they never follow up. You never get a response to a simple request. So very disappointed."

"I recently had a scheduled appointment and unfortunately, I was stuck in traffic, which made me 15 minutes late. To my surprise, the office staff asked me to reschedule my appointment without prior notice or warning about this strict late policy. I was not informed about this 15-minute window beforehand, and it caused inconvenience and wasted time. While I understand the importance of punctuality, ..."

"Aweful ,saw Dr barrett. He's an idiot. Told me to come back when I can't walk. I have pain now and can barely walk from a fall. He didn't want to listen. I will never go back to see that idiot. If u need a doc see Dr hulstyne he's wonderful. Dr barrett is incompetent and has zero bed side manor."

"Clueless. They insisted on an X-ray. Even though I had already obtained an X-ray. Negative for fracture was the same end result. Requested an MRI. But was denied. Told leg pain and numbness were related to back not fall on leg. Ridiculous. Not taken seriously at all. Waste of time, effort and money."

"I spent over an hour on hold and still no one answered my call for an appointment. I later received a call back after leaving my number on the automated system. “scheduler” was rude. And my call was from an MD referral. Others I know have said the same. Office staff needs more training or system needs to be improved."
