"on 12-31-24 i went to the annex to have a tooth pulled. when i first walked in i saw that wonderful male nurse with the colorful cap. i had net him a few years back at dr. Carlson's office not the annex. he remembered me and that meant an awful lot to me. he is such a beautiful young man so handsome and so kind. it made me feel much calmer when i saw him because i suffer from panic and anxiety attacks. ..."

"Dr.Fairburn , I had an horrible experience didn’t really deaden my mouth rushed in pulled my teeth,no compassion whatsoever,then he asked me after he has snatched my teeth out angrily asked me was that painful..no antibiotics,nothing for pain and no follow up I would not recommend this guy."

"This was my first surgery experience, having an iv and being under anesthesia, so I was incredibly anxious to the point of almost having a panic attack in the chair. The sweet nurse that started my iv drip was so considerate of my needle phobia and explained everything she was doing. Ask for the numbing spray—it is life changing!! I’m sure I nervously bombarded the surgeon and his team with anxiety ..."

But the 2 ladies made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Those are the little things that mean the world to me.
