"Absolutely the worst clinic at UVA staff is always rude. The doctors have been great. I wish they could teach their staff some compassionate care and understanding. Some people are literally trying to be seen because they had life threatening complications. The scheduling and office staff are argumentative, rude and should not be working in health care."
